Our laboratories, the result of a great deal of experience gained in the production of insulating materials, have recently completed a study on new polyethylene mixtures. The result is Polar, an extruded polyethylene pipe that guarantees high quality technical insulating characteristics that place it amongst the top insulating products with anticondensation factor over µ5000. Thanks to the new mixture, Polar offers excellent techcnical features and pratical apllication advantages.


Anticondensation factor.µ6500,obtained thanks to the very minute clodes cells of the new mixture, has been further improved applying on external film.

Self-extinguishing.Class 1 certified and type-approved.
Ecology. The modern production processes use non-toxic gases (isobutane), in accordance with the regulations to safeguard the environment.
Non-toxicity. The chemical composition of the new polyethylene mixture offers the guarantee of a product that does not give off toxic and opaque fumes.


Softness. Polar's new polyethylene mixture is obtained with formula that increases its softness rendering the insulating pipe more flexible. This makes it easier to use in the bends where the insulating pipe provides a greater response to movement and adherence to the piping.
Practical fitting. The right degree of flexibility obtained from the new mixutre enables Polar to slide easily into the pipe to be insulated.
Mechanical abrasion resistance. Another of Polar's strong points is its renewed external film that is even more effective in preventing tearing or abrasions.
Appearance. Its new colour makes it stand out from the rest placing it amongst the range of unique and modern Isofom insulating products.
