Vacuum created inside the highly-vacuum glass pipes from which the
tubular-vacuum collectors are built provides the best thermal insulation. As a
result the heat loss caused by convection between the absorber board and the
glass pipe is reduced to minimum. What is more the small solar radiation (diffuse)
can be used.
