COOLDUCT system
COOLDUCT boards are used to assembly ventilating and air conditioning canals.
They are made of dense phenolic foam closed between two surfaces of aluminium
foil.
Air purity
COOLDUCT boards enable to retain the highest hygienic quality of changing air
mass due to the flow only between aluminium walls.
Tightness
Air loss inside COOLDUCT canals are relatively small when compared with
traditional canals made of metal.
Durable structure
High density of phenolic foam (55-60 kg/m3) strengthened with walls made of
aluminium foil (28 microns thick) causes that canals made of phenolic foam do
not require additional strengthenings.
Low weight
COOLDUCT canals weigh approximately 1,4 kg/m3 what gives only 15% of metal
canals’ weight.
Fire resistance
Our product has the “0” class fire resistance.
Energy saving
Perfect insulating properties of panels (l=0,08 W/K*m3) connected with minimal
loss of air result in reduced energy use essential for appropriate preparation
of pressed air mass.
Space saving
COOLDUCT canals enable to save 150-200 mm of precious space compared with
insulated metal canals.
Versatility
COOLDUCT canals can be easily assembled and repaired, can be prefabricated and
put together on a building site – only basic tools are required. They can be
used in all industry fields – both in chemical and food industry as well as in
the areas requiring the special air purity and in the hospitals.
Range of use
COOLDUCT can be used in the temperature range from -100oC up to +100oC
regardless of air humidity.
Easiness of cleaning
COOLDUCT canals can be easily cleaned both with water and air stream.
